The KAMM Community Mitigation Grant Fund offers local communities an opportunity for financial assistance with a mitigation project. The program allocates funds for projects that promote natural hazard mitigation and management or mitigation awareness in communities. To date, the KAMM Community Mitigation Grant Fund has provided $13,5633 to KY communities to help meet their specific mitigation needs.
Community Grant Funding
Proceeds from the Community Mitigation Grant Fund Silent Auction at our annual KAMM conference, sales from the KAMM Store at the conference, Kroger Rewards program receipts, and donations throughout the year fund our annual grant. Available grant funds vary each year.
The 2026 grant fund provides $1,200.
Below is a list of project examples; however, any project that promotes KAMM's mission is acceptable. We encourage creativity and innovation!
