2025 KAMM Membership Benefits
KAMM membership is based on the calendar year, starting January 1.(See Bylaws)
As a KAMM member you can:
- Participate in professional development training opportunities in KAMM’s four Regions.
- Receive a discounted rate at the annual KAMM Conference.*
- Receive the KAMM biannual newsletter and monthly KAMM eNews.
- Provide input on issues important to you and your community to state and national leaders.
- Nominate members to serve on the KAMM Board of Directors.
- Nominate members to the KAMM Regional Representative position for your region.
- Vote in KAMM Board elections.
- Serve on a KAMM committee.
- Nominate mitigation champions for the KAMM Annual Mitigation Awards.
- Network with other KAMM members and share success stories.
* KAMM sponsors an annual conference to promote mitigation awareness and as a forum for local, state, and federal officials to educate the public.
KAMM Committee Participation
We encourage KAMM members to participate in KAMM committees. Participation in committees allows KAMM members to promote issues, challenges, and best practices that are important to them as well as an opportunity to network.

KAMM offers three membership levels: Individual ($25), Student ($10), and Agency/Organization ($250).

Agency Member Registration is a group registration for an agency or organization. Register up to 10 members. The group payment is for public and private agencies or organizations.
KAMM Regions
KAMM is divided geographically into four regions, each represented by a KAMM Regional Representative and the KAMM At Large Regional Representative.
Region I Counties: Allen, Ballard, Barren, Butler, Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle, Christian, Crittenden, Daviess, Edmonson, Fulton, Graves, Green, Hart, Henderson, Hickman, Hopkins, Livingston, Logan, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken, McLean, Metcalfe, Monroe, Muhlenberg, Ohio, Simpson, Taylor, Todd, Trigg, Union, Warren, and Webster.
Region II Counties: Breckenridge, Bullitt, Grayson, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Jefferson, Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, Trimble, and Washington.
Region III Counties: Bath, Boone, Bourbon, Boyd, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Carter, Elliott, Fleming, Franklin, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Harrison, Kenton, Lawrence, Lewis, Mason, Nicholas, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, Rowan, and Scott.
Region IV Counties: Adair, Anderson, Bell, Boyle, Breathitt, Casey, Clark, Clay, Clinton, Cumberland, Estill, Fayette, Floyd, Garrard, Harlan, Jackson, Jessamine, Johnson, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Lincoln, Madison, Magoffin, Martin, McCreary, Menifee, Mercer, Montgomery, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Powell, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Russell, Wayne, Whitley, Wolfe, and Woodford.
