About this event

Due to Zoom limitations in scheduling multi-day non-contiguous events, registration will appear to be for only one day (August 12). You will receive a separate Outlook invite for each of the three days once your registration has been confirmed.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is pleased to invite you to the Restoring Flow of Private Sector Lifelines multi-day workshop taking place August 12, 13, and 18. Each day will run from 8:00AM-1:00PM PT/10:00AM-3:00PM CT/11:00AM-4:00PM ET.

In disasters, restoring community lifelines and developing contingency solutions is a critical role for emergency managers. Because the private sector manages immense capacity every day, actions by emergency managers to restore the flow of these supply chains are a key component of response and recovery. Developing relationships to understand private sector operations and information needs will pay dividends when disasters hit.

This multi-day workshop will introduce the key concepts for the restoration of private sector lifelines focusing on a different sector each day.
