Submit: When you hit Submit, your sponsorship registration is complete, and you need to mail a check to: KAMM, PO Box 1016 Frankfort KY 40602-1016. To receive the Early Bird Discount rate, your mail must be postmarked no later than August 15th. KAMM will send an e-mail auto-confirmation as sponsorship registration.

Platinum receives 4 Sponsor Passes. Gold receives 3 Sponsor Passes. Silver receives 2 Sponsor Passes. Bronze receives 1 Sponsor Pass. KAMM Membership is mandatory for attendee to receive a Sponsor Pass.
