Flood Hazard Tools: An Introduction Webinar

Kentucky NFIP staff is offering a 90 minute introductory webinar that will cover a few of the flood risk tools that are available. During the webinar, you will learn how these tools can be used by communities to support their floodplain management, planning & zoning, building, and emergency management programs. The flood hazard tools include FEMA's Map Service Center, FEMA's FIRMette Tool, KDOW's Risk MAP Portal, and KDOW's FEMA Flood Map Project Updates web map.

In this webinar, you will see demonstrations, both live and recorded videos, of how the flood hazard tools work as well as the different functions and features. There will be a chance for a Q&A session during and after the webinar with the NFIP Coordinator.
