2013 Mitigation Manager of the Year Awarded
Esther White accepts the 2013 Mitigation Manager of the Year. She was nominated because she has embraced floodplain management and mitigation by stressing the importance of sustainable growth and resiliency.

2013 Floodplain Manager of the Year
Jason Hart accepts the inaugural Floodplain Manager of the Year Award. Jason was chosen for the award because he has been instrumental in carrying forward the goals and objectives of floodplain management and promoted community resilience and outreach.
